Constructing a "Large Production" Model for PetroChina Logging to Improve Guarantee Efficiency
PetroChina Logging fully leverages its own advantages, organizes production with "wells as the center", implements resource sharing mechanisms, achieves joint protection in key well areas, shares key equipment, and constructs a "large-scale production" organizational model to ensure high-quality exploration and efficient development of oil and gas fields. CNPC Logging has equipped a logging team in Changqing area, including operations, interpretation, instrument maintenance, and other aspects. It promotes resource sharing and flexible team building models, and adopts team building methods such as one N-team, project specific testing, well type specific testing, and regional specific testing to effectively improve team utilization. The single well efficiency has increased by 26.4% year-on-year. Develop special support plans around four key areas: key exploration wells, bridge shooting joint operation, shale oil, and measurement and control while drilling. Based on the "two hour support circle", implement a regional operation mechanism, solidify the "three-level joint guarantee mechanism" of daily project department arrangements, overall regional coordination, and branch peak coordination, shorten the coordination chain length, improve response speed, and effectively ensure high-strength production.
At the same time, we will break away from the traditional work mode of interpretation and evaluation, establish a specialized team for shale oil evaluation and development, and five regional guarantee rooms. Interpreters will provide "one-on-one" front service, conduct in-depth research on regional geological reservoirs, fully participate in the formulation of oil testing plans and analysis of oil testing conclusions by Party A, promote high-end technologies such as imaging and drilling while drilling, achieve large-scale application of high value-added technologies, and assist in increasing shale oil production in Changqing. As of the end of August, 94 high-end logging operations have been completed in the Changqing area, a year-on-year increase of 123.8%. In addition, according to the characteristics of regional demand, PetroChina Logging implements centralized management of equipment, centralized procurement of materials, and unified management of personnel in the same type of equipment area. A special center for equipment and equipment has been established to improve the utilization rate of high-end scarce equipment such as ESCT and Hostile. Two regional centralized maintenance points and four equipment support teams have been established to improve the timeliness of three-level maintenance and ensure regional supply of materials. Establishing a regional coordination mechanism and equipment dynamic management system in the Changqing area, achieving the sharing and sharing of equipment resources, greatly improving resource efficiency and support efficiency. In the first 8 months of this year, 56 cross regional equipment transfers have been made, effectively ensuring the construction of a batch of key wells.
