China South Korea Petrochemical Successfully Produced HCPP High end Polypropylene Products
On November 20th, China South Korea Petrochemical Polyolefin Department II successfully produced the HCPP series of high-end polypropylene products, and the product performance indicators met the standards. Guided by the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China and South Korea Petrochemical firmly adhere to independent innovation, bravely climb the technological peak, and promote the development of new products. The HCPP series products are a key introduction project for the company's "Five Strategic" high-end products. The products have characteristics such as heat resistance, high hardness, high fluidity, and low volatility, and are mainly used in fields such as automobiles, household appliances, and electronic industrial components.
This is the first independent production of HCPP series products by Polyolefin Department 2. They have coordinated production plans with various functional departments, optimized control parameters, arranged dedicated personnel to be responsible, and confirmed step by step to ensure the quality of raw materials, three agent configuration, plan writing, personnel training, and other aspects are implemented in place. During the production period, the technical management personnel of the department tracked the production situation throughout the entire process, and communicated with the team on a daily basis on sampling frequency and product control indicators to ensure that parameters were adjusted in place and abnormal situations were promptly addressed, ensuring successful production. The new products have enriched the company's product chain, increased efficiency points, and enhanced the competitiveness of the company's high value-added products.
