On December 12th, according to the company's "100 day safety action" and safety warning day activities, China South Korea Petrochemical Polyolefin Department 2 conducted emergency drills at the Joint Emergency Rescue Center of PP Unit 3 to address the leakage and fire of propylene from the P302A mechanical seal of the propylene recovery pump. According to the "135" disposal principle, each position shall carry out on-site verification of leaks, alarms, process handling, personnel evacuation, fire protection disposal, and process cut-off for covering the site in an orderly manner. Through practical exercises, the ability of personnel to respond to emergencies shall be improved.

Each device regularly organizes two emergency plan drills per month, clarifying responsibilities and processes through desktop exercises, practical exercises, etc., to achieve rapid response and efficient operation. Optimize resources to promote training and make training more active. At the same time, regular "safety learning" high-quality courses will be conducted, and the safety team will be organized to develop training courseware and teaching videos for each position.
