PetroChina carbon neutrality consumer service activity pilot launched
On November 4, the carbon neutrality consumption service activity with the theme of "helping carbon neutrality make the earth greener" was launched in Beijing, marking that PetroChina became the first refined oil retail enterprise in the industry to provide carbon neutrality services in the field of personal consumption of fossil energy for car owners.
With the proposal and in-depth promotion of China's "dual carbon" goals, and in accordance with the overall deployment of the group company's "clean substitution, strategic succession, and green transformation" three steps, China Petroleum Sales Company continues to accelerate the pace of green and low-carbon transformation and development, vigorously develop new energy business, and actively construct a new pattern of complementary energy. The launch of this pilot activity is an important measure to learn and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China through practical actions, and continuously promote the high-quality transformation and development of sales business.
The pilot activity will be held from November 4th to 30th, 2022. Registered users of PetroChina in Beijing can participate in the activity online by logging in to the "CNPC Hospitality eSite" app, and offline by visiting gas stations such as Beijing sales companies Nanhu, Anyan, Yuetan, Yizhuang, Keda, and Jinlong. The maximum number of users participating in the activity is 10000. During the activity, PetroChina registered consumers can choose one of the six recent gasoline refueling orders to participate in the activity and complete the corresponding carbon neutrality payment. After the payment is completed, consumers can obtain the certificate of "carbon neutrality Verification Statement" issued by China National Inspection and Testing Holding Group Co., Ltd. online in real time, and can share it in the circle of friends. At the same time, consumers can also receive a free electronic coupon benefits package provided by Beijing Sales.
